Create your profile

Enter your current weight, goal weight, and target date. Calorie Ledger uses those numbers to calculate your daily calorie budget and give your plan structure.

Know your daily number

Your calorie target is the number for the day. Stay close to it, keep the ledger honest, and avoid turning one meal or one day into the whole story.

Log what you eat

Use Daily Log to record meals, snacks, quick adjustments, saved foods, recent foods, and frequent foods. The goal is not perfection. The goal is an honest ledger.

Dashboard shows food calories, exercise calories, net calories, and how much room is left. It tells you where the day stands and what page to visit next.
